Dr. Reynolds is a core clinical area faculty member and provides practicum supervision to MA and PhD students enrolled in the Clinical Psychology Program at the University of Manitoba within the areas of assessment, intervention, and integration of clinical research.

Dr. Reynolds’ approach to treatment is integrative and evidence-based. Therapeutic orientations that may be used under by supervision include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Dr. Reynolds’ approach to supervision is developmental, tailored to the student’s level of professional development.
